Introduction

Welcome to Juliet Hotel. These Booking Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your reservation and stay at our hotel. By making a booking, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Reservations

  1. Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation email from us. Please check the details of your booking confirmation carefully and inform us immediately of any errors or discrepancies.
  2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as indicated on our website.
  3. Rates: All rates are quoted in Botswana Pula (BWP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Check-In and Check-Out

  1. Check-In Time: Check-in is from 2:00 PM.
  2. Check-Out Time: Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
  3. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance to arrange.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Free Cancellation: You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours after your booking is confirmed, provided your stay is at least 60 days away.
  2. 50% Refund: If you cancel at least four weeks before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund of the total cost (less traveler booking fee).
  3. 25% Refund: If you cancel at least two weeks before check-in, you will receive a 25% refund of the total cost (less traveler booking fee).
  4. No Refund: Cancellations made less than two weeks before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Modifications

  1. Changes to Booking: Any changes to your booking (dates, number of guests, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible to request changes.

No-Show Policy

  1. No-Show: If you do not check in on the scheduled arrival date and have not contacted us to cancel or modify your booking, you will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

Hotel Policies

  1. Conduct: Guests are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to other guests and hotel staff. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you engage in inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
  2. Smoking: Juliet Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in non-designated areas.
  3. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in your booking confirmation.

Liability

  1. Personal Belongings: Juliet Hotel is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Please use the in-room safe for valuables.
  2. Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay and will be charged accordingly.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Botswana. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Botswana.
